Hey, Idiot!: Chronicles of Human Stupidity
Leland Gregory
Andrews McMeel Publishing
Nonfiction, Sociology/Humor
****

DESCRIPTION: Idiocy abounds in the world. We've all said or done some stupid things now and again, but every so often a particularly spectacular idiot makes a particularly spectacular fool of themselves. This book is a collection of dumb people, dumb quotes, dumb laws, and general stupidity.

REVIEW: A close cousin to The Darwin Awards (indeed, one or two stories are printed in both books), this is a fun, light read. The stupid stories are arranged roughly by category, and often come with the author's commentary. People like these make one wonder how civilization ever came into existence.
